I found Alvin on Facebook, and from the start he was easy to communicate with.
Alvin went into detail what process and products he would be using on each area of my truck.
My headlights had yellowed out aggressively after the last detailer tried to fix them and made them worse. Alvin walked me through his process for fixing the headlights. He didn’t give empty promises- he gave realistic expectations, which I appreciated.
He stayed in touch with me through the detail job, communicating areas of concern, and what he would do to tackle it.
He was articulate, professional, clearly passionate about the service he provides, and to say he did a thorough job is an understatement.
